It is our aim at QNS to see all patients as early as possible.

As is the usual practice in Australia, all patients require a current referral in order to be seen at QNS.

Our preferred practice is to receive the referral letter prior to making an appointment, either by email or facsimile. This enables us to make appropriate bookings based on the degree of neurosurgical urgency.

It is most helpful if any documentation/radiology/claim forms are provided and brought to the attention of our staff upon arrival for a consultation. All new patients are requested to arrive 15 minutes prior to their appointment time in order to ensure this occurs.
